Ratsecutioner- with process

Trying to make my characters more dynamic. After many years of just doing a basic drawing and then trying to 'figure it out' which usually just meant getting annoyed and leaving it static and boring, I've started spending more time on the drawing. I used to think it was a waste but it actually allows more freedom. Since I haven't spent hours rendering, I'm not as reluctant to erase and redo anything I don't like. Makes for a better final image I think.
