Made in Blender/Photoshop. Going for a Fallout-style retro future aesthetic. Referenced a lot of 50's technology and junkyard environments for this one. Super fun to make and I'm happy with how it turned out.

p.s. the flying cars are just the buildings smooshed into car-like shapes.
